Walgreens Co. is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program in the United States. Trainees will learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy and complete necessary certifications within the program period.

You will shadow the Store Manager, participate in classroom and on-the-job training, and rotate through stores to gain hands-on management experience. The role emphasizes compliance, customer service, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain supervisory experience and lead learning journey.
• Support customer experience by coaching staff and resolving issues promptly.
• Learn compliance SOPs and operate store according to policies.
• Develop plans to improve sales, costs, and asset protection.
