Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties, responsibilities, and work in the conditions described below.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools, and materials as per CSR and ASM descriptions.
  • Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM roles.
  • Proficiency with computers, including report analysis, inventory control, cash handling, and counseling notices.
  • A valid driver’s license and transportation for bank and management meetings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, organization, and appearance according to standards.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule employees to optimize customer service and site image.
  • Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and dismissing staff.
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote a safe and positive community image.
Training and Development
  • Conduct timely performance reviews with constructive feedback.
  • Ensure staff training on customer service, site image, and safety standards.
  • Promote safety awareness among employees.
Communication
  • Ensure effective communication with staff through regular meetings.
  • Establish ongoing communication channels with employees and management.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
  • Maintain organized files and manuals.
  • Supervise report completion and merchandise presentation.
  • Post employment posters and signage accessibly.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
  • Safeguard cash and financial transactions.
  • Perform financial analyses to enhance sales and profits.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Lead effectively as a manager and supervisor.
