Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred for external candidates.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing per standards.
• Support inventory management and store controls.
• Maintain in-stock levels and proper ordering practices.
• Provide customer service leadership and cashier accountability.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and bank deposits.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork according to guidelines and deadlines.
