Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described below.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff using equipment, tools, and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
  • Proficiency in computer skills relevant to report analysis, inventory control, cash management, and counseling notices.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, organization, and appearance according to standards.
  • Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site presentation.
  • Apply non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training, counseling, and separation processes.
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote a safe and positive community image.
Training and Development
  • Conduct timely performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Ensure all staff are trained to meet company standards.
  • Promote safety awareness through training.
Communication
  • Ensure effective communication with staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
  • Maintain all site documentation and reports.
  • Supervise merchandise stocking, display, and pricing.
  • Ensure employment posters are accessible.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
  • Handle cash and financial records responsibly.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
  • Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating leadership skills.

Hiring Range: $19.50 to $19.75
