Are you an Experienced Automotive Store Manager ready to be responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue, and productivity of the service department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction? Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
  2. Review inspection reports from technicians
  3. Manage technician time
  4. Maintain communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle
  5. Support staffing decisions
  6. Manage timecards
  7. Foster shop engagement and camaraderie

The Store Manager plays a key role in collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments to enhance overall performance and profitability.

Minimum Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. At least 3 years of automotive service advising/writing experience including store management and supervisory roles
  3. Valid state driver’s license
  4. Knowledge of automotive service, maintenance, repairs, MS Office, business acumen, financial reporting, Point of Sale software, and basic computer skills
  5. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is beneficial

  1. Retail management including sales and shift supervision
  2. Staff hiring, motivation, training, and supervision
  3. Leadership with team inspiration skills
  4. Team productivity management
  5. Multitasking and prioritization
  6. Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
