Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and work in the described conditions.
- Ability to supervise and train staff as per the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
- Ability to manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM descriptions.
- Computer skills necessary for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Skills
Leadership and Management
- Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
- Schedule employees to maximize service and site appearance.
- Handle hiring, training, counseling, and employee separation professionally.
Site Relationships
- Build positive relationships with suppliers.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote a safe and positive community image.
Training and Development
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide performance feedback.
- Ensure staff training meets company standards.
- Promote safety awareness and training.
Communication
- Ensure timely communication with staff.
- Hold regular meetings with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
- Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
- Maintain site files and manuals.
- Supervise report completion, merchandise stocking, and display.
- Ensure employment posters are accessible.
Financial
- Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
- Handle cash and financial transactions securely.
- Perform financial analyses to optimize sales.
Working Conditions
- Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
- Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
