• Leads, coaches and develops store teammates to create a consistent legendary customer experience.
• Originate loan applications, handle lending conditions and conduct loan closings.
• Oversee store budget to meet expense and revenue objectives and drive growth.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, risk controls and regulatory requirements.
