Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Manager II in Chester, PA to lead a medium-sized TD store in Personal & Commercial Banking. You will manage deposits, loans, fees and expenses while coaching a team to deliver an outstanding Employee and Customer Experience.

Focus on deepening customer relationships and referrals to meet shareholder value. You will hire, develop and supervise staff, manage performance, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services industries including supervisory, leadership and coaching.
• 4+ years experience of proven business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
• 4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align efforts to store goals.
• Strong financial analysis, presentation and communication skills.

• Manage a medium sized store and team per TD criteria.
• Lead complex store operations and grow talent to achieve business results.
• Achieve store and individual performance metrics and manage risk.

• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance across store processes.
• Collaborate with partners to grow deposits, loans and referrals.
