TD Bank Group in Easton, PA seeks a Store Manager II to lead a multi-location store portfolio focused on deposits, loans and customer service. You will coach a team to deliver a legendary customer experience while driving profitability and growth.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of leadership and business development in retail or financial services, with knowledge of store operations and risk management. Notary license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience required (retail, customer service and/or financial services) supervisory, leadership and coaching experience.
• 4+ years experience of proven business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
• 4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience required.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience required.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and services as well as an understanding of Store operations and security.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, strategically aligning efforts and activities to meet Store goals and objectives.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance, and handling disciplinary actions.
• Manages a medium sized store and team according to U.S. TD Bank store levelling criteria.
• Oversees medium/complex or Denovo Store operations while growing talent and capabilities to achieve goals.
• Accounts for achieving Store and individual performance metrics.
• Manages multiple store locations and/or a diverse customer base if required.
• Acts as peer mentor to developing store managers.
• Provides coaching and guidance within area of expertise.
• Oversees risk-aware decision making and escalation for store issues.
• Originates loan applications and conducts loan closings.
• Maintains active NMLS registration status.
