• Preferred: two years of P&L analysis experience; degree in retail or business.

Responsibilities

• Directs store personnel and supervises operations to achieve goals.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and coaches assigned staff for performance.
• Oversees pricing, promotions, and vendor coordination with HQ.
• Monitors loss prevention, safety standards, and emergency readiness.
• Reviews monthly P&Ls and acts to bring results in line with plans.
