Qualifications

• Minimum: Two years of progressively responsible experience in a role equivalent to a department manager or assistant manager.
• Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a retail operation with annual sales under $5M and supervise store personnel.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff; coach for growth and performance.
• Review monthly P&L against plan and take corrective action when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and safety/emergency requirements.
