Job summary

This role requires 3+ years in retail or financial services, an undergraduate degree or equivalent, and strong communication, analytics and risk-management capabilities to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries)
• Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies
• Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills with all levels of internal and external customers
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and develops store teammates to create a legendary customer experience and drive results
• Manages the service and advice team on services, product and sales strategies to improve the overall customer experience
• Creates store-specific strategies to grow the business and deepen customer relationships
• Partners with Specialists to grow the Store Portfolio and works with Wealth/Commercial teams to drive referrals
• Ensures risk, compliance and operational policies are followed and colleagues are trained
