TD Bank, N.A. in Hudson, New Hampshire, is seeking a Store Manager I to drive growth and profitability of the Consumer Business by managing a store portfolio, deposits, loans, fees and expenses while leading a team to deliver an exceptional employee and customer experience.

The role requires people leadership, coaching, and a strong grasp of banking operations; you'll oversee risk, ensure compliance, and partner with Specialists to deepen customer relationships.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience in retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries.
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and services and understanding of Store operations and security.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and align efforts to store goals.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills with all levels of internal/external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License (preferred).

• Leads, coaches and develops a team on services, product and sales information conversations.
• Promotes the Bank's presence in the community through groups and initiatives.

• Ensures store premises are professional and inviting and manages optimal scheduling.
• Owns/oversees complex daily operational/administrative duties.
