Job summary

Triad Technologies, LLC is seeking a dedicated ParkerStore team member to handle in-store, email, and phone customer service with daily leadership for ParkerStore Support Specialists. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am–5pm, with hourly pay.

The role includes maintaining quality standards, building customer relationships, fulfilling product requirements, assembling hose assemblies, operating shop tools, handling inventory, and supporting showroom displays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, professionally with customers, vendors and Triad employees.
• Read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of handling inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and holidays.
• Accurate keyboarding for data entry; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook; Prophet21 or vendor systems preferred.
• Willingness to take a Mechanical Aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Retail Business Unit Quality Standards across ParkerStores.
• Maintain relationships with existing store customers and develop relationships with new customers.
• Identify and fulfill customer product and/or service requirements.
• Fabricate hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hose assemblies to fulfill customer needs.
• Safely operate saws, crimpers and other power tools.
• Coordinate pick up transactions at the counter and pull orders as needed.
• Perform computer data entry related to ParkerStore operations.
• Perform cycle counts and manage inventory and transfers.
• Handle material management functions including ordering and stock receipts.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Keep store showroom professional and assist with displays and marketing programs.
• Perform daily/weekly cleaning of store and restrooms.
• Open and close the store.
• Balance cash drawer and process bank deposits; handle credit card procedures.
• May serve as on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Drive to deliver/pick up materials as needed.
• Run reports from P21 (open orders/transfers).
• Maintain crimp specs documentation.
• Train staff and prepare for advancement.
