Job summary

Burlington Stores Colorado location is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a multi-million-dollar store operation and lead a team of assistants and associates. You will model Our Burlington values and deliver a world-class shopping experience with strong service standards.

You will drive sales, manage payroll and scheduling, collaborate with merchandising and operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a positive store culture. Travel may be required; flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Experience directing a team of store staff and leading store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing in coordination with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, invoices, RTVs, and inventory accuracy with Operations.
• Lead as Manager on Duty; uphold Burlington SOPs and leadership presence.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop store associates; handle staffing needs.
• Communicate effectively with district and regional teams and partners.
