TJX Companies’ TJ Maxx stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic, high-volume operation. You’ll oversee all store functions, coach a large team, drive sales, manage expenses, and uphold loss prevention.

Qualificações

3–5 years of retail store or district management experience.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of store operations including loss prevention.
Experience in high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales and provide insights on pricing and competition.
Focus on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies.
Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards of service and presentation.
