Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Clarion, PA is seeking an experienced Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and build community relationships. You will hire and coach a high-performance team, deliver a positive customer experience, and help control expenses to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Ability to perform tire work (rotation/balancing/installation).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support store operations.
• Implement plans and processes to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Build relationships within the local community including Civic Organizations, Chamber of Commerce, and business networking groups.
