Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service seeks an experienced Store Manager for our Akron location to lead operations, sales, and service quality. You will hire and coach top talent, develop growth plans, and build strong community relationships while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include managing store performance, implementing sales plans, controlling expenses, and maintaining assets with a focus on fleet programs and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work, including tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage, Monitor, and Support Store Operations.
• Implement plans and processes to achieve Sales and Profit Objectives.
• Build relationships within the local community including Civic Organizations, Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking Groups.
• Attend community functions representing your business.
• Meet with small business fleets in service area to offer programs to enhance business.
• Hire, coach and develop top talent to maintain a high performance sales & service team.
• Ensure a Positive Customer Experience.
• Control Expenses, Manage Inventory / Protect Assets.
