Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily tire service operations and inventory control. The role emphasizes service quality, process improvement, and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume tire service flow, maintain customer service standards, and support the store's operations. This position offers competitive pay with bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing

Responsibilities

• Service 100+ tires daily: changing, rotating, and repairing
• Inventory Management
• Assist Customers and Employees as needed
• Drive Company and Store Processes
• Ensure Work Quality and Integrity
• Follow / Support Established Phone Processes
• Maintain a Clean Work Environment
• Support Manager in All Operations
• All Other Duties as Assigned
