Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking an experienced Manager for our Akron location to lead store operations, drive sales and profits, and build strong community ties. You will hire and coach staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, manage inventory, and control expenses.

The role offers a competitive base with bonus eligibility, comprehensive retirement and health plans, and generous PTO (up to 20 days per year), with no Sunday or major holiday work.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
