Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Clarion, PA is seeking an experienced Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and build community relationships. You will hire and coach a high-performance team, deliver a positive customer experience, and help control expenses to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Ability to perform tire work (rotation/balancing/installation).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

What You Will Do:

• Manage, Monitor, and Support Store Operations
• Implement plans and processes to achieve Sales and Profit Objectives

• Meet with small business fleets in service area to offer programs to enhance business

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
