Job summary

Flynn’s Tire Group in Allison Park, PA is opening a new location and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, sales and service. You will oversee daily performance, staffing, and customer experience while driving profitability.

This role requires proven management experience, tire knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze data to make sound decisions. Enjoy a competitive base salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Management experience REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Proven experience in data analysis and use to make sound business decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
