Victra in Oregon seeks a Store Manager to lead the guest experience and drive sales through coaching and day-to-day team leadership. You will direct staff, approve store operations, and ensure brand compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and motivate the team, set goals, and manage inventory while delivering high-quality customer experiences and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive personal and team sales targets and handle customer transactions.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure brand compliance.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance.
• Provide training and mentor the team to close sales and resolve escalations.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and report findings.
