Victra seeks a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach sales consultants, drive revenue, and ensure daily operations align with brand standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing staffing, and maintaining store compliance while delivering world-class guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales by following our sales process
• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting transactions
• Take directions from District Manager on day-to-day operations
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans
• Run store operations including staffing, data reporting, and cash handling
• Monitor inventory and maintain store cleanliness and device security
• Lead merchandising and planogram compliance
• Complete store opening and closing activities
• Collaborate to attain store targets daily/weekly/monthly
