Cricket Wireless is seeking a motivated Store Manager in California to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will coach a team to meet targets, deliver excellent customer service, and manage activations, upgrades, and merchandising with a hands-on leadership style.

The role offers a base pay of $18.50/hour with uncapped commissions and bonuses, including a potential store performance bonus and advancement pathways to district leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and manage daily store operations.
• Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and performance targets.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Train and develop new and existing employees.
• Monitor store KPIs and implement improvements.
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company standards.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate store performance and operational issues to district leadership.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
