Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead a team of 8-15 across all shifts.
• Be available for any shift—days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain lot.
• Coach team to deliver service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits with proper licenses.
