Job summary

InterContinental San Diego is seeking a Starbucks Store Manager to ensure quality service and adherence to standards while delivering a memorable guest experience. You will lead daily operations, schedule staff and maintain health and safety compliance.

The role requires some college or advanced training in food and beverage management, plus 2 years of supervisory experience; Starbucks store leadership experience is strongly preferred. The position offers a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff scheduling to maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure Starbucks brand standards and quality service are upheld.
• Coach and develop team to meet performance goals.
• Train colleagues to meet compliance and standards.
• Monitor food and beverage safety, cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Manage budget and control food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Handle customer requests and guest satisfaction.
