7 Leaves Cafe in San Diego, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive customer experience, and manage staff. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality beverages and a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring profitability and strong team development.

The position requires overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and collaborating with district leadership to achieve store goals. Training will occur at the Central Training site.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of customer service management or retail management experience.
• Able to manage store operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer through store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability.
• Review store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles and opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Coach team members for personal and professional growth and accountability.
• Provide training and guidance to maintain 7 Leaves Cafe standards.
• Drive sales, improve efficiency, and ensure operations meet safety, security, and quality standards.
• Inspire a team to positively impact the community and collaborate with District Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned
