Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Starbucks Store Manager at InterContinental San Diego to lead daily operations, uphold quality standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will plan staffing, coach colleagues, ensure food and beverage safety, and manage inventory/costs. Prior Starbucks leadership is preferred; experience in F&B management helps in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Starbucks store leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and manage staffing levels daily.
• Ensure Starbucks brand standards are upheld.
• Coach and develop team performance with clear goals.
• Train colleagues for compliant, high-quality service.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of store and equipment.
• Assist guests with requests to ensure high satisfaction.
