Job summary

LOFT in Dallas seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences at Store 0878-Mockingbird Station. You will drive profitable performance through exceptional service, visual standards, and strong community engagement.

You will coach a diverse team, oversee day-to-day operations, hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and payroll, and use analytics to shape short- and long-term retail plans while delivering a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
• Strong people management skills
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans to drive results
• Action-oriented mindset with ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
