Job summary

LOFT, a leading fashion brand, seeks a results-driven Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences in our Bee Cave, Texas location. You will drive profitability through exceptional service, operations, and visual standards while engaging with the local community.

You will coach and develop a strong store team, leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and create an inclusive, welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Lead customer and associate experiences to drive a profitable store operation.
• Coach associates to leverage brand behaviors to foster genuine customer connections.
• Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Hire and build an effective store team through training and development.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Develop a strong operational dynamic and oversee budgeting, payroll, and store profitability.
• Promote in-store community events and partnerships with philanthropic causes.
• Analyze reporting to develop short- and long-term retail plans and manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing.
