The manager will supervise staffing, train associates, and coordinate with District Supervisors and Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level leadership to store and employees.

• Ensure store conditions are safe and incidents are reported.
• Staff the store and supervise, coordinating with district HR as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance and adherence to Employee Handbook.
• Create a welcoming environment and quickly resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe store for customers and employees.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
