Scrubs & Beyond in Florence, KY is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will manage scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and financial reporting while building a high-performing team and strong relationships with local healthcare providers.

This role requires retail leadership, P&L awareness, and a passion for coaching and growing talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing a retail store and driving sales targets.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding store goals.
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting, payroll, and KPIs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Commitment to a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve goals.
• Oversee expense budgets, payroll management, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners.
• Create an exceptional customer experience with strong presence on the sales floor and modelling selling behaviors.
• Foster learning and development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to generate store traffic through networking and community outreach.
• Recruit top talent and attract qualified candidates to grow the team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and present a professional image.
• Manage inventory by monitoring levels and receipts and ensuring accurate counts.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Lead through company core values and maintain a high-performance culture.
