Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and financial reporting.

You will lead, mentor, and motivate staff, develop strategies to grow sales, and build relationships with local healthcare providers while upholding the company’s core values.

Qualifications

• Possess in-depth retail expertise.
• Have at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Able to understand budgets and sales forecasts.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time 32-40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve business goals.
• In partnership with the Store Manager, manage expense budgets, payroll management, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Establish new and preserve long-term customer relationships by cultivating and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors.
• Assist the Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management efforts.
• Act as the leader in the building and take on management responsibilities when the Store Manager is not available.
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
