Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond in Cincinnati is seeking a Key Holder to join the store leadership team. You will support the store leadership in achieving sales targets, managing expenses, payroll, and ensuring a top-notch guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail leadership, a track record of meeting sales goals, flexible scheduling, and a readiness to coach staff, uphold visual standards, and perform opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
• Able to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time availability 15–29 hours weekly.
• Strong customer connection and mentoring skills.
• Networking and lead generation abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets in addition to your own personal sales goals
• Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
• Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, which includes coaching and training team members
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
