Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will help develop strategies to boost performance, manage daily store operations, and contribute to expanding market share by serving group accounts and retail customers.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of leadership in retail, a track record of meeting sales goals, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
• Ability to meet store sales goals and work flexible schedule.
• Part-time 15-29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets.
• Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty.
• Lead through company values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
