Scrubs & Beyond seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and financial reporting while leading and mentoring the store team.

You will play a key role in expanding market share through group accounts and retail customers, with a focus on achieving business goals in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results by analyzing trends and maximizing daily sales.

• Create exceptional customer experiences with strong floor presence and selling behaviors.
• Provide regular feedback and lead performance management for the team.
• Lead as acting Store Manager when needed, including coaching and training.
