Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond in Cincinnati is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support the store leadership team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach and train team members, help manage expense budgets and payroll, lead visual merchandising, and perform opening and closing duties while upholding our Kindthread Core Values.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail or sales leadership.
• Able to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• PT 15-29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving sales targets and personal goals.
• Support expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Lead as manager on duty, coaching and training team members.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
