Town Pump is looking for a motivated Store Manager Trainee to join our team in Montana. You will train with the store manager and/or co-manager, learning the overall operation of the store and how to make supervisory decisions aligned with Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.

You will handle daily bookwork, inventory, ordering, merchandising, and basic maintenance. You may serve as acting store manager in the manager's absence and participate in hiring and onboarding, with Town Pump

• Understand controllable expenses, sales, margins, shortages, and promos.

• Order, inventory, price, stock, display and rotate merchandise.
• Perform store maintenance, deposits, and light cleaning.

• Maintain valid driver's license and fulfill other duties.
