Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Casey’s store, guiding a team to deliver friendly guest service and strong community engagement. You’ll drive sales, manage operations, and coach Team Members in Casey’s Way, while upholding CARES values and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage labor and schedules, and a commitment to growth within a Fortune 400 company. Local travel not required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store team or similar leadership role.
• Ability to hire, train, and supervise team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and labor budgets.
• Comfort with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives, drive sales, and uphold service standards.
• Keep store stocked and clean; build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members; coach and mentor.
• Lead with Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect.
• Manage labor budget and staffing; maintain up-to-date schedules.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and orders; protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans against KPIs.
