Tri-Supply is seeking a Store Manager in Austin, TX to lead daily store operations and drive sales, service, and team performance. You will coach staff, manage projects, and ensure timely completion of sales and inventory tasks.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates with retail leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.
• Ability to coach and develop staff; motivate and train teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Austin store.
• Consistently coach employees to improve communications and training.
• Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory.
• Review customer satisfaction and ensure clients are fully satisfied.
• Collaborate with department directors within the organization.
• Respond to issues, examine options and make informed decisions.
