PLS, a leading retail financial services provider, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead daily operations, deliver outstanding service, and guide a team to meet goals in a fast-paced store environment.

You will support the Store Manager, recruit and develop staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving sales through strong customer relationships and community marketing. This role requires flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to engage confidently with customers.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Analyzing financial statements and trends to increase sales.
• Marketing within the community to grow market share and revenues.
• Resolving customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Assisting with scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
• Reviewing policy updates and training to ensure understanding.
• Maintaining a neat and clean store environment.
