Tecovas seeks a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX to lead a high-energy team and manage total store operations. You’ll drive customer experience, staff training, visual standards, and daily business to ensure premium service.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, training, and maintaining loss prevention and store standards while delivering exceptional brand experiences. Compensation starts at $28/hr with benefits and growth opportunities.

• 3+ years retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail (branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, boot shines).
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Delivers world-class, in-person training to all new team members and ensures timely completion of training paths.
• Upholds and ensures compliance with shipments, transfers and restock standards.
• Sets clear objectives to drive a consistent store experience and strong operations.
