Responsibilities

• Manage and track Store Sales, Net Profit, and overall store business.
• Recruit, select, and train new employees; supervise Sandwich Artist, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Prepare rosters in line with budgeted labor and hours; coach employees and set expectations.
• Invoicing, ordering, daily banking, and stock/payroll-related paperwork.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway standards and safety policies.
• Perform inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes.
