Job summary

Subway is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores in the Morgantown area. You will coach managers, ensure adherence to the Subway Operations Manual, and drive performance through staff development and reporting tools.

The role requires 3-5 years of restaurant operations leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to manage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains shift managers, assistant managers, and managers on operational excellence and staff development.
• Provides leadership to managers to ensure compliance with Subway Operations Manual and regulations.
• Ensures correct procedures are followed and takes corrective action when needed.
• Works with staff to achieve sales goals using reports to identify opportunities.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives and completes Subway courses as directed.
