Job summary

Qualifications
- Leadership experience in store operations.
- Strong customer service and team management skills.
- Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
- Ability to open/close shifts and work evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Serve Safe certified for food safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of a single Panda Express location, achieving financial goals and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Hire, supervise, and coach store associates to deliver excellent service.
- Implement training and development programs for team members to ensure high performance.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
