Majors Management is opening a brand-new MAPCO convenience store in East Atlanta, Spring 2026. We seek an exceptional Store Manager to oversee all store operations, profitability, inventory control, and talent development for a guest-centric team.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver's license, flexibility in hours (including evenings and holidays), and on-call availability. Join a growing team with weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and clear MVR.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; average ~50 hours/week, with at least one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire talent and train the team.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand.
• Drive store profitability and active P&L management.
• Monitor inventory and payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
• Identify trends and implement action plans to increase sales.
• Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives and maintain guest-focused culture.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
