Majors Management is opening a brand-new MAPCO convenience store in East Atlanta, Spring 2026. We seek an exceptional Store Manager to oversee all store operations, profitability, inventory control, and talent development for a guest-centric team.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver's license, flexibility in hours (including evenings and holidays), and on-call availability. Join a growing team with weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and clear MVR.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; average ~50 hours/week, with at least one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire talent and train the team.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand.
• Drive store profitability and active P&L management.

The Store Manager willbe responsible forall aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position willbe responsible fordriving store profitability, managing inventory levels,recruitingand hiring talent, and providingsuperiorguest experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Hire talent
• Training and developingthe team
• Manage employee performance
• Schedule employee shifts effectively to meet guest demand
• Drive store profitability
• Actively manage P&L and inventory byidentifyingstore and category sales trends
• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses
• Implement action plans to generate and driveadditionalsales opportunities
• Create an organized and process-oriented environment
• Communicate companyobjectivesas necessary
• Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service
• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement
• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience whilemaintaininglabor controls
• Other duties as assigned
