Job summary

Majors Management is building a brand new MAPCO convenience store in the East Atlanta area in Spring 2026. We are hiring Store Managers for a grand opening, responsible for all store operations, profitability, inventory, recruiting, and guest experience.

You will lead a team with a focus on coaching, scheduling, implementing action plans to drive sales, and maintaining a people-first culture while meeting labor controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clear MVR.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays; approx. 50 hours/week.
• On-call availability 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Training and developing the team.
• Manage employee performance.
• Schedule employee shifts to meet guest demand.
• Actively manage P&L and inventory; identify sales trends.
• Forecast and analyze payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
• Implement action plans to generate sales opportunities.
• Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives as necessary.
• Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service.
• Set clear expectations and track results for improvement.
• Schedule team members to meet demand while maintaining labor controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
