The role reports to the Store Manager and can be part-time or full-time, with on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced convenience-store environment. You will lead guest-focused initiatives, manage recruitment and training, and support sales growth and profitability through disciplined execution and planning.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must have a people-first mentality and strong communication.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• On-call availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day store operations, including building, training, and developing a team that provides superior guest experience.
• Foster a culture focused on guest needs and satisfaction.

• Create an organized and process-oriented store environment.

• Monitor financials and sales to understand current business.
• Assist with forecasting and analysis of payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize profitability.
